I ran into a game bug where 9 days of speed-up items for building upgrades were taken without any effect, and as a result, my main base was targeted maliciously by other players. The support ticket I opened a month ago for a previous bug has never been closed, which made me unable to create a new ticket to contact customer service. My timely follow-up about this new issue on the original open ticket got no response at all for more than 10 hours.
Having no other choice, I used my alternate account to submit a new feedback six hours later. Customer service replied over an hour after the alternate account’s submission, but they flatly denied my losses, claiming that I never used the speed-up items. And they’ve been unresponsive ever since then.

Before the bug occurred, I had a total of 9 days and 1 hour of building speed-up items available. I originally planned to use 8 days and 19 hours of them to upgrade my Dock. However, just a few seconds after I applied the speed-up, a network error message popped up on the screen. When I logged back into the game, my Dock was still in the upgrading process (it didn't finish as it should have), but all my speed-up items were completely gone.
Now, your customer service is denying that my speed-up items disappeared at all. I've already wasted 10 hours dealing with this issue, and my entire game strategy has been completely disrupted.
