I have a great idea to add a bit more excitement to the game, specifically in the World Wars, and particularly on the war preparation day. Shall we shake things up a bit?
It would be great to send a spy to one (maybe two?) enemy players and be able to disable a defensive building in the next day's attack (anti-tank? anti-air?) or to place mines, fornexample. This could be done with a saboteur unit, which would first need to be unlocked with a new character at the University and Library.
Even better would be a new building, for example, a Secret Police building (also linked to the University), which would allow you to receive an ability, exactly like the Drone Barracks does. Abilities could be things like "sabotage a defensive building," "place mine," or other ideas. The Secret Police Barracks could also be used defensively, by slightly reducing the success chance of an enemy spy.
In the end, this way, you could slightly weaken a player to breach their defenses and achieve a quicker victory, for example. At most, it should only increase the chances of earning a star in the battle.
This would make the preparation day less boring and more rewarding by adding a skirmish between spies and secret services, with results that play out on the following war day.
