New bugs after the Strike Update

1(So , after the last strike update when donating troops to an alliance member from detachments, the troops from detachments got removed and brokes the detachments leading to again organising them after each consecutive donations.
2( Regarding the strike mode it sometimes give an error Unable to find an opponent in RED FONT and the strike get deducted even though it wasn't used .
3( we can't see who joined and left the alliance after last update.
4( Also the troops recived and troops donated part in alliance isn't working correctly , it isn't registering the right amount of troops donated and recived .

I guess this is BHG's way of fixing a bug. For months before the update, it was possible to overfill detachments by donating troops. Now they're going to the other extreme and letting detachments run empty. All because BHG is incapable of counting to 68 and saving detachments properly (even though the button says "save").

Fun fact: On the war map, donations and retrain limits were correctly set. The bug only occurred in multiplayer.
That happens when you write two different functions for the same task. It's actually a no-go among programmers.

I've been attacked a few times by a 'strike' attack. But the log doesn't include any kind of fake replay (another story) or report of any kind. Just XYZ launched a strike and was defeated.

As to the fake replays, I'm really tired of being strung along by BHG claiming they're working hard on fixing it. I stopped believing their BS long ago.

This is also because assists in speed-up requests now seem to count as troop donations.
If you help someone, the number of troops donated increases.

On the one hand, it's nice that this is finally being counted and displayed. On the other hand, it's totally pointless that it counts as a troop donation; it should be a separate column. @Harlems369th

That's a blatant lie. If I create a ticket for such general problems in every account, because it affects everyone, then support doesn't even take the time to post their pointless copy-paste replies, but simply deletes the tickets.

Moving the solution to private chats is just an excuse to make the forum look good to outsiders. Own up to your mistakes and fix them!

@GO Mod totally agree on bro's points I made 3 different ticket last 3-4 days and I got no response from CS ? Now even they aren't seeing my msgs

We move discussions to private chats because often players share sensitive information (like their player ID) in a public forum, which is not ideal or secure.

I've been attacked a few times by a 'strike' attack. But the log doesn't include any kind of fake replay (another story) or report of any kind. Just XYZ launched a strike and was defeated.
My guess is these players cancelled their Strike, which automatically grants you the defensive victory. At this time I don't believe what you experienced is a bug.

We currently have bug tickets in our system for all of these issues. I really appreciate your concise list; thank you.

I'd also like to apologize for the delay some players experienced in getting their Strike charges returned. When the issue first came in we had some players with logs indicating that they definitively lost their Strikes, and others without these logs. Those without the logs needed investigation so that I could be sure what they were experiencing was actually a bug, and not their attempt to game the system by asking CS to restore Strikes that they used up. I'm very sorry we couldn't get everyone fixed up sooner.

If you still haven't been assisted, please DM me the conversation ID of your CS ticket so that I can follow up with my team. I'll be the first to say that the CS experience needs improvement. I've got a list about a mile long of processes I want to implement and systems I'd like to put in place so that things will run more smoothly. I assure you that I'm working through it as quickly as I can.

Wrong guess….when I have launched an unsuccessful strike because “no opponent found”, I can see in my attacks who my “opponent not found was” and that I have lost the combat, therefore the guy has won the inexistent combat, 50 free crowns, I didn’t cancel my Strike but same, I lose the remaining Strikes. The bug is real and it‘s ugly, it’s ruining the game experience for many of us. It seems like the VIP managers have never played the game…

Wrong guess….when I have launched an unsuccessful strike because “no opponent found”, I can see in my attacks who my “opponent not found was” and that I have lost the combat, therefore the guy has won the inexistent combat, 50 free crowns, I didn’t cancel my Strike but same, I lose the remaining Strikes. The bug is real and it‘s ugly, it’s ruining the game experience for many of us. It seems like the VIP managers have never played the game…
I was only referring to the scenario posed by @kent irwin , where they referenced seeing an issue from the defense side. This situation as described below is what I do not believe to be a bug as I have tested it extensively on my own account. When someone cancels a Strike during the preview phase, the defending player is granted a win/crowns and the logs likely show no replay, as the battle had not started.

@Zumbies As acknowledged prior, there are several other bugs that we have documented and are investigating. One of which is the 'no opponent found' bug, which I believe is different from what is described above, though it seems to be presenting in a number of different ways which makes it that much harder to nail down.

Ultimately, all I'm trying to do is sort through all of this information to get my colleagues the info they need to narrow down these issues and get a fix out asap. I'm not saying these bugs aren't real, just trying to figure out what is causing them. Let me know if you have any more information you feel could help us.

Yes, we are actively working on a fix. Yesterday we made a lot of progress thanks to players who provided very clear repro steps and insights for us to work with. CS restoring your Strikes is a temporary solution to ease the pain of a bad situation. Some are able to use the Strikes that have been restored. Not everyone is experiencing the exact same situation, they just share some commonalities that make it feel that way. We will get a fix out to affected players as quickly as we can.

I can't use restored attacks. I told the CS team, but they seem to be laughing at me. I'm more frustrated that they keep restoring attacks I can't use.

@Sergio I'm sorry to hear that; it sounds like you're not able to use the feature at all, is that correct? Do you experience this bug every single time you try to use a Strike? Have you ever completed a successful Strike? Please send me your conversation ID for your CS ticket. Of all things I am certain they are not laughing at you, but I'd like to see if there's anything I can do.

Please understand that my agents have limited power in this situation. All we can do is restore your strikes, while our engineers work to fix the root problem(s). The fact that your restored Strikes are not working is not their fault, and they have no way to fix that for you. If you'd like them to stop restoring your Strikes, then stop asking them to. Once the root issue is fixed we will be able to look at the logs from your attempted attacks, assuming you still continue to try to use your Strikes until this is fixed, and we will find a way to make things right. That might mean restoring the total lost charges, or maybe we grant you a number of Strike Chests to compensate you for the lost time. Regardless I'll make sure we make this right for you, so please just hang tight for me in the meantime.
