Moving Village

Is there a way to move my village? I can't upgrade or build anything because I keep getting attacked.

What do you mean can't move your village? Just touch the building and drag them to another available area. If you can't do that then you should post your problem in the Bugs and issues section of this forum. Other players and Nexon staff might be able to help you.

I mean move the whole village somewhere else, not a single building.

You can't move everything at the same time unless it's walls or roads. However if you like to re-design your base. Then You can go to Map Editor (the cross arrows looking logo under setting) and press pick up all and you can use that to put down your whole village.
