Missing VIP points

Is anybody else not getting VIP points, or is a web version thing?

For months now I haven't been able to get VIP points from purchases I made. I have to go through customer service every single freaking purchase I make, just to get them manually added. Annoying, sure... but in the beginning it was "Hey I'm missing VIP points" and CS would be able to troubleshoot and handle everything on their end -- at this point, it's now got so ridiculous the process has devolved into:

1. Hey I'm missing VIP points.
Response: "Here you go" (This was the original process, several months ago)

2. Hey I'm missing VIP points.
Response: "Please provide screenshot of receipt" (This was the process for a few months)

3. Hey I'm missing VIP points, here's a screenshot of the receipt.
Response: "Please provide a screenshot of the receipt and the pack you bought (This was the process as of a few weeks ago -- especially problematic for one-time packs that go away and you don't remember to get a damn screenshot)

4. Hey I'm missing VIP points, here's a screenshot of the receipt, the screenshot of the packs, and the information on the packs
Response: "We are still working on the other ticket #120924 that you opened, because we're researching... something -- don't call us, we'll call you" (this has been over 5 days now)

First of all... FIX YOUR BUG WHICH HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR MONTHS NOW AND AFFECTS PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! Having to take screenshots of EVERY PURCHASE AND PACK BOUGHT, is beyond annoying.

Second, how do you need more and more information to fix a simple "I'm missing VIP points" problem, when you could handle this yourselves for months?? This information should be readily available from either the database -- or if this is a reproducible problem, with repeated requests from customers, there should be some kind of "steps on how to handle this issue for the customer" process created. I've scaled back my spending to absolutely necessary times at this point because I don't want to deal with this crap, and because at this point don't even trust that I'll get the VIP points I'm rightly owed because of your process.

Third, FIX YOUR BUG.
