Magnifying glass on war base

Hi, this is my first post but it’s been something that I’ve wondered for a long time now (lvl448) - what is the significance of the little magnifying glass icon beside certain opponent war bases on my map?

If anybody knows, I would love to find out!

Oh geez, just figured out is an indicator that the base is “spy-able”
