Lost Base When Asked To Login

I was asked to login.
Note: I have not been asked to login in quite some time (maybe 5+ years.
I was not using anything different. I looked up the particulars (email & passoword) on my master password word sheet (I know, so old school).

After entry, a failure notice came up. I did verify my entry few times.

It came to a point where is indicated I needed have a capital letter and a typographical/punctuation symbol.
I did enter a new password.
I lost my Level 314 base.

Any suggestions?
