Level 15 expeditions rewards are average at best

Once I moved to level 15 on the expeditions, I noticed the troops went from infantry or shooters to these small groups of mixed troops. These smaller groups are awful With the exception of the APC group. Can you change it back to the selections from level 14?

Yeah sorry you missed some of the posts talking about this. From the comments, lvl 12 seems to be the sweet spot for return-on-investment.
