Hello there so it has happened with me twice when I open strike chests and got legendary tokens like 10 tokens they didn't add in my account instead they got deducted from my side from the total which I have before opening chests ; leaving me a -20 tokens loss i had faced the same issue at 4-5 accounts at 2-3 times can you look at it .
Also when asked CS about it even giving SS and video proof they says our logs didn't mention that you have the tokens actual number which I had before opening chests .
@Harlems369th I would appreciate you if you can ask the team to look towards it , it is really frustrating especially reading CS responses.
