I don’t even know where to start. This game already struggles to keep people around, and moves like this just make it worse. You can’t put all the legendaries in the store, get people excited, let them finally grab the ones they’ve been waiting for… and then rip the best ones away almost immediately.

Do you realize how crushing that feels for the players who missed their chance? It’s like dangling hope in front of us and then yanking it away. It’s not just frustrating — it’s demoralizing.

Please, figure out what you’re doing before you push updates like this. Right now, it feels like you’re actively pushing people toward quitting. This was such a sour, avoidable move, and the only right thing to do is put them back.

We are absolutely working to put them back. Some rolled out incorrectly and were pulled back to correct those issues. They're set up as groups, so pulling one down means all of them go down. This is a temporary issue, and the team is working to correct it as soon as possible.

Thanks for the quick response. I’ll pass the update along to the troops. As long as The British Kettle Drum finds its way back into the rotation, I suspect today’s player exodus won’t be quite as grim as a typical Monday.

Imagine a massive relic release with only two hours left until World War begins. Big Hughes could have easily addressed this issue in advance. Will there be no casualties among the guilds competing for the top division? Since when have Honor Points become so dependent on bugs and timing?
Big Hughes should have addressed this issue quickly, but failed to do so.

We are absolutely working to put them back. Some rolled out incorrectly and were pulled back to correct those issues. They're set up as groups, so pulling one down means all of them go down. This is a temporary issue, and the team is working to correct it as soon as possible.
So they are rolling out in groups? And will not be available 365/7 like you said in the announcement?

I am on verge of quitting. Trust me I want to write you a letter nd u wish it get read in front of your family,
Specially to developers,coders nd testers.

@Harlems369th Are you seriously planning to remove items that players purchased legitimately? I would strongly advise against taking that route. From here on, I’d tread extremely carefully with how this situation is handled.

You can only laugh at this crap. I work for one of the largest software providers in the world and i can guarantee if anything like this happened heads would roll
Its embarrassing but the fact that you mention they will be ‘released in groups’ goes against what has been said previously.
As hercule poirot would say…. ‘Icroyable’

No, they aren't rolling out in groups; everything will be available as announced. We set it up on the backend so they can all go out simultaneously, but this created an error for some of the artifacts. Because of how it's set up, we couldn't just individually pull them back one at a time. They were supposed to appear in a 'carousel' like the Helicopters and Planes! sale that is up in the store right now.

When you say some rolled out incorrectly, does that mean not all of them are going back up?

100% agree! I opted out long enough to determine which legendaries to select and check token reserves, decision made, and…POOF! Gone. Such BS.

They did that once before with the Gemini helmet, a lot of people bought it, fully upgraded it with blueprints and they just came alomg and gook it away, no compensation, nothing.

I grabbed British Kettle Bell and Liberty Bell just before war started on a couple of accounts. Feeling nervous now in case they disappear or something. Maybe I should take a screenshot of my current artifacts.

We aren't pulling anything away from those who picked them up when the sales went out this morning. You're good!
