Are you still seeing the errors? The logs show a lot of timeout errors on 2025-07-23, but appears to have since cleared up. I'll dig further with our vendors to find out the root cause.

What's with this random nonsense?
A second account logged in at the same time can load the store normally. So it doesn't seem to be timer or expiration date.
If you manage to change the store so that the banner is added, then it should also be possible to load the supposedly new offers.
So it doesn't seem to be technically necessary.

By the way, after logging in again, the store is the same offers and same prices as before. So it doesn't seem logically necessary either.

P.S.: No matter what abstruse ways you try, I will NEVER press logout because that logs me out not only from the current device but from all devices. I prefer to delete all local data and reload the 3 GB from your servers (some days 15 times) ... This methods allows me to remain logged in on the other devices. YOU are still missing THIS function (@mduffor) !!!

Web store have nothing available between 8pm - 9:30pm (approx.) ET. It's fine at 10pm.
For free 8 token available to claim, simply wait 5 seconds after switch account from the drop down.. Look like it needs to load up some data but take approx. 5 seconds

Yes, after you switch accounts the website needs to query the servers for what products are available for the newly selected base. There are several areas that need to be checked for all the different products available, so it takes a few seconds for the refresh.

Out of curiosity, you're not trying to load the PC version of DomiNations through mobile browser are you?
No, I'm using Windows computer.
The unreadable messages appear occasionally. You can make the messages readable by pressing Ctrl+a, Ctrl+c, Ctrl+v in a text editor. However, due to the effort involved, I don't do this every time.
The “unexpected response” is one of two error messages I have found so far.
The message appears on all accounts, in different browsers, on three different PCs, and with different Internet providers. This rules out (almost) all sources of error on my end.

That may explain the problems other users are having, but it doesn't apply to me.
Since you still don't support multi-accounting (e.g., accounts cannot be sorted; messy base selection due to non-harmonized font sizes; limited offers; etc.), I use separate xsolla accounts per base and a different browser for each base. So, only one base at a time and no switching. Nevertheless, the store becomes unresponsive.

@mduffor Web store used to be refreshed at 8 pm ET, now we have to wait tills 10 pm.
Web store is empty at 8 pm - 10 pm
Is it possible to have it refreshs at 8 pm? that's same time with the Daily Reward videos become available.

I have had the same issue. One time when logged in I saw something about a ticket system to encourage activity in DominationsWorld. I don’t remember details but it was different.

If you launch dominations from DW while the store issue occurs it loads the base but you cannot hunt. Gates are not visible, walls don’t connect together and lots of other bugs.

I will screen shot it next time it happens but it is almost always cleared up by 10pm CDT. Starts sometime after 7pm.
