At the beginning I was happy as I found a "good" historical game, that looked like Age of Empires. It was a fun game in the beginning.
There were bugs, of course, but there were also lots of people with loots. Battles were balanced. The game did not crash from every 5 minutes.
But, nowadays, there are soooooo many problems that I will try to list them here, but I'll probably forget some.
1 - The second most important thing of this game is the battle, - The main purpose ois it to you spend money, of course - but we cannot find people with good amount of loots anymore. I'm at the Medieval Age and I mostly find people with less than 10k. When I finally find someone with 50k or more, they are from Gunpowder Age and I can't attack them. Get 100k is almost a miracle.
2 - Crashes, crashes and more crashes. Nowadays I have to play one battle, then close the app to refresh. Then play another battle, then close again. Exhasting. I have an Iphone 4S, not so bad, though. But maybe they should improve the game/reduce graphics for old devices.
3 - Disbalance. Samurais and Legions are waaay to over powered. They did a good thing by raising the attacks of greek and french cavalries, but now they turned them back to weak. These were special troops, guys, they SHOULD be balanced to Samurais and Legions. Well, actually they are equal, but the use 6 spaces when samurais and legions use just 1.
4 - Maintenances. The high number of maintenances piss me off. Every maintenance we have to pray for not have the base changed or disappeared, or not to have reduced medals, crowns or resources. I had problems in 3 different maintenances.
4a - The first time (first days of May), I lost 117 medals, along with a lot of people. Some guys received 30,000 crowns in exchange. I just receive 200. But it was OK, I was happy with those 200. BUT, in the next day they removed those 200 crowns, together with the 164 I already had before.
4b - The second time (about May 13th or 14th), I lost all my resources, crowns and upgrades in course. My resources and crowns were all back to 0. Also, my upgrades were cancelled and I did not have refund for that.
4c - The third time (May 18th), I lost 94 medals again.
5 - Lack of customer support. Tickets are USELESS.
6 - Peace treaty doesn't work properly. I lost the count of times I got attacked when having an active peace treaty.
7 - Hackers/cheaters. There are a LOT of them, and developers doesn't do anything to stop them.
Unfortunately I spent $30 in this game. I bet that this game would evolve, but I was wrong.
I just had time to play it for a couple of hours a day, so I don't raid to much. Some days ago I was able to keep my base evolving. Slowly, but it was evolving. Now I can't hold it anymore. Every time I attack, I lose 50%-100% of my troops and I have to wait too much to train them. They have nerfed cavalry attacks, but the price and time to traind them is still the same. That's not fair.
I used to like this game, but I can't have fun with it anymore. THAT'S why I'll probably leave.
