How hard can it be?

I put this in the "bugs and known issues" headline, but I put it here as well: I don't know much about programming, but how hard can it be to do an analysis where you compare the following parameters:
1) Crowns bought
2) Loot gained
3) Player level and wall level with approximately cost to get there.
If there is a mismatch you have a cheater/hacker - then kick/ban the player.
I have played a lot of Clash of Clans, War of Nations and other games last 3 years and I don't think I have ever seen as much cheating as in Dominations, and I am sure I have never seen a developer who have done so little to stop it.
Gree (developer of War of Nations) kicked/banned lot of players just 1,5 month ago due to a "gold-hack" - equal to a crown hack in Dominations.
I am sick and tired of being matched against players with maxed out walls...
As the situation is now people have two choices:
1) Quit the game (I am getting there myself)
2) Start cheating themselves.

Yea...I think this game will serve as a metaphor for games of this nature in the future of what will happen if you release it before YOU HAVE YOUR CRAP TOGETHER. I is a shame, since DomiNations had such potential and interest, especially early on. I think it did all originate with the type of bugs, which were u usual for a game of this caliber, that initially allowed even casual players to cheat by exploits. Soon, the bugs showed vulnerable flaws in the game, that allowed hackers to come in and pretty much do what they wanted. They should have nipped these hackers in the bud early on, but never even acknowledged they were hacking it. Now, the fact that they seem willing to do little to nothing to stamp out hackers and cheaters shows the hackers this is a game that they can function in without penalty. It's gotten so bad, that hackers have set up whole webpages for players to buy crowns at a fraction of the cost that the game charges...making them a pretty $$$. The frustration( understandable) of the players caused negativity on the boards and forums, and the DomiNations Facebook page is toxic to the point its radioactive. There is 0 excitement around their announcements and all that's left are players lamenting their lost money, time and effort/ accusations of cheating and hackers advertising their "skills". I could go into the updates that ruined some players' strategies and broke the troops' AI, but you get the point, I won't keep kicking the game when it's down. I still play from time to time and obviously check the forums, but it's more out of habit than interest.

Of course, there are things we do not know, but releasing industrial update before fixing bugs was a management decision. It's easier not to release content than releasing it. I've never seen a game giving cheaters so much. Even if they have 0 programmers, 2-3 mods could keep top rating clean manually at least. No reaction, no explanation/estimates, etc. what's wrong with them?

What's even worse than that is the customer service has been unreal. I've seen countless reports of people sending emails and reports that went unanswered. If customer service is nonexistent in something that relies on customers they might as well cancel it. They didn't seem to address any of the issues that everyone was bringing up, but they would come out with some broad release about an exciting new feature or update or 'scheduled maintanance' without even letting people know they were even heard. What I have seen here on this forum says a lot. They really only seem to want to interact with players once the refund rate started to climb, to the point where they've outright banned people from posting anything about a refund. Secondly, the way mods handle this forum, I can honestly say, I've never seen anything like it. They remove posts about refunds, but leave pages of spam up and the way Aussie Guy was spoken to by the moderator for simply questioning the integrity of a suspicious base was out of line and cheap. By the way, have they addressed the Industrial Age units still being used by players? I've been raided by Tanks and WW I era troops twice since the update.
