Game crashes from receiving new artifact from random 4-star world war artifact chest.

As the title reads, I was opening chests for Random 4-star World War Artifact that I’ve saved up for god knows how long and the game crashed. Upon reopening the game I check my inventory and this shows up. If I click on it then instant crash. Can’t remove it from my inventory or view it. Continued opening chests and I received another one.

Hello, I do have kind of the same problem. After the update I created new artifacts and deleted them to receive blueprints. Doing that my originally build artifacts were deleted. Those artifacts are gone now. It seems as if only the artifacts saved in one of the 5 slots are still there. Can you help me out? Maybe restore the status before the update? I am quite lost…more than 150 artifacts which have been created over years are gone :(

Don't worry! Just hang tight. I see your player ID on our "affected players" list that CS is working through. They'll either give you the artifacts back, or restore your account from a recent backup, depending on what makes more sense in your specific scenario.

Yes... Thank you very much for the increased presence on the forum!
Harlems was good at customer service but it sometimes seemed he did not have the technical expertise to reply to many of the questions/comments here.
I hope that being part of a team lightens his load and makes for a better end result for we, the players (which is ultimately a better result for BHG).

Update: On my missing Legendary.

The CS team returned my artifacts few hours ago. Thank you CS team and Engineers Austin and Sara I very much appreciate effort it took.


Yes Hell has frozen over Seek knows how to say Thank You
