Frozen screen

Hi everyone. I don't want to create multiple threads about the same issue, but I didn't see one like this. The problem is that the screen freezes after logging into the game. I've done all the basic troubleshooting steps recommended by CS, multiple times, and it doesn't help. I checked the most recent comments for the game on both the App Store and Google Play, and many people are having the same issue. There's been no response to the requests to fix it. The problem is only with your game, whether it's on iOS or Android. The game just doesn't work. This started even before the latest update. So, what should I do? I can still log in via VPN and the web version (though it's laggy), but not through the mobile app.

Are you gonna fix this annoying problem some day?!!!!! I'm so used to use the WEB and play through this platform that I don't like to use my phone and since your lovely issue I have to use BlueStacks which is a garbage now, so slow and nothing reliable to play. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!
