If I issue a friendly challenge, are my museum artifacts and council for the friendly challenge base frozen for the next 24 hours, or do they change when I change my base? As I'm trying to work our if I can attack my own base with my best offence while ensuring my best defence is active for the friendly challenge base.

If I issue a friendly challenge, are my museum artifacts and council for the friendly challenge base frozen for the next 24 hours, or do they change when I change my base? As I'm trying to work our if I can attack my own base with my best offence while ensuring my best defence is active for the friendly challenge base.

Changing your base won't change the museum and council you have active on another one. You should be free to friendly challenge, but you won't, however, be able to test coalitions.
