it took my an hour to write out and post, and i cannot see it anywhere anymore.

is there a way to get it back? i don’t understand where it has gone

It's a pity that new members often take the time to write long thought out posts - like the devs actually value the constant suggestions.

No they don't remove it after reading - it must've been taken down by mistake.
Unless they find something they don't like and they actively remove your post then you'll get a notification.
