DomiNations Update 13.3 - New Parliament Branches

Greetings Leaders,

The first update of 2026 is on the way; we’re bringing a mix of new upgrade paths, new Artifacts, and new Councilors. Update 13.3 introduces several quality-of-life enhancements to Troop Donations, Alliance Speed Up Assists, claiming National Trade Goods, and more! Read on to learn all that’s coming to next week’s update!


New Upgrades

New Parliament Branches

Alliances will have three new Parliament branches to develop: Magnificent Manufactory, Influence, and Ancient Artifacts.

All three branches are smaller than most other Parliament paths and feature a single research path up to level 10. You’ll want to note that the final level of each branch offers an additional boost across your collection of Munitions, Artifacts, and Councilors.

Quality of Life Updates


Donate Troops Without Training
Sometimes your Alliance mates will have a Troop Request that you have the resources to fill, but it requires you to dump your current Troop composition to make room and train new Troops for the request. You shouldn’t have to spend twice the resources to help fellow Alliance members. If you already have the means to assist, now you will be able to do so!

In Update 13.3, you can directly donate Troops to requests, provided you can train them yourself. This is part of our ‘Tap less, play more’ philosophy, and as an added benefit, the Troop Donation UI is more straightforward.

Troop Donation Capacity Update
We’re removing the Troop limit of 20, so if you want to donate the maximum amount of Troop Donation space with only Heavy Infantry, you can do that. This allows for one player to fill an entire Troop Donation request alone, with no limits outside of the Alliance Troop Donation cap of the receiving player.

A specific issue with Troop Donations is a recurring topic we’ve covered in earlier forum posts. However, to recap, players would sometimes receive Troop Donations mid-battle for a request that still had room for donation. After the battle, the player would see a remaining total of Troops that filled their original request, and they would be unable to make a new request until these were used. This resulted in players often reporting that they didn’t receive Troops or their Troop Donation disappeared.

We believe that making it easier to fulfill a Troop Donation will help with CS reporting should any issues arise.



Alliance Speed Up Assistance Improvements
All active Alliance Speed Up Requests in your Alliance chat can now be assisted with a single tap in update 13.3.



Claim National Trade Goods Button
Update 13.3 introduces a new button at the Embassy that lets you claim all your National Trade Goods from your inventory and place them directly in your storehouse, up to the storage limit. Additionally, NTG Shipments and the NTG Chests are also automatically opened, putting all their contents into your inventory!

New Commander Cosmetics
The Miner cosmetic for Ripley is currently in development, and we'll slowly be introducing seven more shaders at a later date!

New Legendary & Mythical Artifacts

We’ll be adding two new Legendary Artifacts to 13.3 with their Mythical Counterparts to release at a later date.

The Analytical Engine will assist the defender's play style with stats focused on Towers, Catapults, and spawning defenders. You'll be able to start collecting this Legendary Artifact in March!

  • Fixed an issue where Paratroopers would benefit from Heavy Infantry line bonuses and munitions.
  • Fixed an issue where some Munition Material requirements weren’t being tracked if shared across multiple components.
  • Fixed an issue where Ransom E. Old’s Munition HP & DMG bonus wasn’t applying correctly.

6 months?! I'm still waiting for my yearly heli fix ...
Right, we wait much longer for many bug fixes. Some bugs have been in the game for so long that we've learned to live with them, since BHG can't or won't offer a fix. In addition to your beloved helicopter range, we've been waiting for years for fixes for uni speedups, corrected flight paths, and correctly counted event achievements, for example.

None of these bugs kick us out of the game. The disconnects are a more extreme level of annoyance. It's not just that we have to repeat our last actions, we also have additional loading times and have to click through the 3 pop-ups every time the game restarts. That's if we can get back into the game at all and aren't locked out for 10 minutes. In addition, the disconnects have already reset my most recently completed research, which meant additional discussions/time with support.

We already have more than one thread on the subject of disconnects. So there is no lack of feedback from players, only a lack of action on the part of BHG.

That's just an American thing. The British and the rest of the world do it more rationally. There are many websites and memes that address the date formats.

I think, you are right :( DomiStats says there are about 53000 players listed. Take 15k out because they are inactive and take for the rest an ammount of 10 $ per month, i know, some are paying much more, but a lot pays nothing. That means you get round about between 350000 and 500000 $ per month, that's nearly nothing! Let's hope i am wrong and the Top 1000 are investing about 1000 bucks per month!

In any game, 99% of the company's revenue is generated by 1% of the total players🤣. But I want to point out that the more popular the game is, the more players there are from this 1% who generate the main income. So everything will be balanced here. DomiStats says there are about 53000 players listed. Take 15k out because they are inactive
I guess you mixed up "players" and "alliances".
domistats says there are 103k active player, active means logged in within the last 24 hours.
If the rest of the estimate is correct, then it would be between 875k and 1.25 million.
However, sensor tower and zippia estimates 200k per month, while other estimate 2.8 million.

Look who I found in the war. An alliance played by one person with 50 accounts🤣. By the time of the visit and the account names, this becomes obvious. I believe he uses most of his accounts only to upgrade the parliament. That's what the influence of parliament brings people to😂
 
Due to issues surrounding the launch of Update 13.3, we'll be extending the current Tournament of Glory Season to end on 4/6.

We'll also be sending all players a compensation package of 3x 12h Generic Speed Ups, 4x Tupolev Tu-160, and 5x Legendary Recruitments.

If you are a player that was in an Alliance affected by missing stars post World War battles we encourage you to reach out to the CS Team. While we'd like to correct everyone en masse that lost World Wars when they would have won with the correct Star count we were unable to accurately track this information.

The CS Team is prepared to assist with a one time Alliance Glory restoration for last week's update and we apologize for the inconvenience. (Glory restoration requests must be submitted by 2/13, after which no further restoration will be applied to cover the 13.3 outage)
 
What about the missing stars on Strike attacks? Your compensation package doesn't quite make up for those losses - in fact I find it a little insulting.
