Greetings Leaders,

The first update of 2026 is on the way; we’re bringing a mix of new upgrade paths, new Artifacts, and new Councilors. Update 13.3 introduces several quality-of-life enhancements to Troop Donations, Alliance Speed Up Assists, claiming National Trade Goods, and more! Read on to learn all that’s coming to next week’s update!


New Upgrades

New Parliament Branches

Alliances will have three new Parliament branches to develop: Magnificent Manufactory, Influence, and Ancient Artifacts.

All three branches are smaller than most other Parliament paths and feature a single research path up to level 10. You’ll want to note that the final level of each branch offers an additional boost across your collection of Munitions, Artifacts, and Councilors.

Quality of Life Updates


Donate Troops Without Training
Sometimes your Alliance mates will have a Troop Request that you have the resources to fill, but it requires you to dump your current Troop composition to make room and train new Troops for the request. You shouldn’t have to spend twice the resources to help fellow Alliance members. If you already have the means to assist, now you will be able to do so!

In Update 13.3, you can directly donate Troops to requests, provided you can train them yourself. This is part of our ‘Tap less, play more’ philosophy, and as an added benefit, the Troop Donation UI is more straightforward.

Troop Donation Capacity Update
We’re removing the Troop limit of 20, so if you want to donate the maximum amount of Troop Donation space with only Heavy Infantry, you can do that. This allows for one player to fill an entire Troop Donation request alone, with no limits outside of the Alliance Troop Donation cap of the receiving player.

A specific issue with Troop Donations is a recurring topic we’ve covered in earlier forum posts. However, to recap, players would sometimes receive Troop Donations mid-battle for a request that still had room for donation. After the battle, the player would see a remaining total of Troops that filled their original request, and they would be unable to make a new request until these were used. This resulted in players often reporting that they didn’t receive Troops or their Troop Donation disappeared.

We believe that making it easier to fulfill a Troop Donation will help with CS reporting should any issues arise.



Alliance Speed Up Assistance Improvements
All active Alliance Speed Up Requests in your Alliance chat can now be assisted with a single tap in update 13.3.



Claim National Trade Goods Button
Update 13.3 introduces a new button at the Embassy that lets you claim all your National Trade Goods from your inventory and place them directly in your storehouse, up to the storage limit. Additionally, NTG Shipments and the NTG Chests are also automatically opened, putting all their contents into your inventory!

New Commander Cosmetics
The Miner cosmetic for Ripley is currently in development, and we'll slowly be introducing seven more shaders at a later date!

New Legendary & Mythical Artifacts

We’ll be adding two new Legendary Artifacts to 13.3 with their Mythical Counterparts to release at a later date.

The Analytical Engine will assist the defender's play style with stats focused on Towers, Catapults, and spawning defenders. You'll be able to start collecting this Legendary Artifact in March!

Dare I say it, but this is not a good time to discover that the 8 Daily tokens in Dominations World is no more……

In my alliance, from twelve accounts, I make an average of 600 contribution points to parliament every day. The first lines of the new laws require 20,000 points, it will take me a month to improve only one line and a year to improve 10 lines of one branch🤣.Considering that I have not yet upgraded a huge number of other more important and faster laws for war, I will start working on new ones in about a year😂.The competition for new alliances is simply killed in this game, by parliament and alliance skills
 
Yesterday's force update included the fix for missing stars for your attacks, and the issue should now be resolved. With the force update, you should also now have access to the new Parliament laws.
You could have spared yourselves and us a lot of suffering if the update had come a week later. But I'm glad it's finally been resolved. There were some great features, such as easier troop donations and speedups, but unfortunately these were overshadowed by the frustration caused by the bugs.

It's time to finally put an end to the next source of suffering. Since September, we've had to endure random disconnects that kick us out of the game, sometimes locking us out for minutes and forcing us to repeat the same actions dozens of times.
The problem is now entering its sixth month. IT'S TIME FOR A FIX. I hope you are now working just as hard on the disconnects as you did on the missing stars. It's slowly becoming unbearable; our patience is running out!

It's not about the database at all. I log into 11 different databases every day, there are problems from one device, there are no problems from another device, and it doesn't matter which Internet I use, even if it's wi-fi or mobile, there's always a problem on only one device.

Although I had such a problem that it was from one account out of five game accounts that the screen constantly froze after the end of the battle and all the lost troops had to be picked up manually, generals, mercenaries. Maybe there's something connected with the accounts, in general, everything is very strange. This is the first time I've seen this in games. Usually, if a bug is in the game, it is general, widespread and related to something specific. In the same game, it is generally impossible to establish a connection with screen breaks and freezes on your own.

Yesterday's force update included the fix for missing stars for your attacks, and the issue should now be resolved. With the force update, you should also now have access to the new Parliament laws.
Since Parliament has become relevant to us again, we are once again asking for a more informative table of contributions to laws.

I propose the following option:
1) At the top of the table (highlighted in yellow), instead of displaying the player who made the most contributions, show the total Research Points earned by all players in the alliance yesterday;
2) Add a new column to the table (highlighted in red) displaying the Research Points earned by each individual player. The table should be sorted by this column, not by the number of contributions. Because quality is more important than quantity;
3) Display a list of all alliance members in the table, not the top 10 by number of contributions. Alliance leaders and deputies currently have no way of determining who contributes to Parliament and who doesn't. This is a major problem and inconvenience.

Поскольку роль Парламента вновь стала для нас актуальной, мы вновь просим предоставить более информативную таблицу вклада в законодательство.

Предлагаю следующий вариант:
1) В верхней части таблицы (выделено желтым) вместо отображения игрока, внесшего наибольший вклад, покажите общее количество очков исследований, заработанных всеми игроками альянса вчера;
2) Добавьте в таблицу новый столбец (выделенный красным), отображающий очки исследований, заработанные каждым игроком. Таблица должна быть отсортирована по этому столбцу, а не по количеству вкладов. Потому что качество важнее количества;
3) Отобразить в таблице список всех членов альянса, а не 10 лидеров по количеству взносов. Лидеры и депутаты альянса в настоящее время не имеют возможности определить, кто вносит взносы в парламент, а кто нет. Это серьезная проблема и неудобство.

You can also increase the number of deposits for regular resources, even if they cost at least 5 times more. 15 contributions is very small, especially if the player is not in the information age and above. Increase the number of contributions for resources to at least 30, in short, at your discretion. Personally, I will be pumping out one new law in my alliance for more than a year, and three new laws for three years.😂
 
For example, you can introduce new technologies in the library that allow you to increase the number of contributions to parliament. Unless you just want to increase their number for all players by default.
 
You can add another idea for a crown deposit, leave only deposits for 5 crowns and remove the increase in their value for crowns. In general, do something to upgrade the parliament faster. For new alliances, this is just a huge disadvantage compared to alliances that have been in the game for a long time. It's the same with the alliance skills that we earn only in war, they take a very long time to swing in a small and new alliance.
 
After the introduction of new laws, I had the idea to create 38 new Iron Age accounts to bring them into my alliance up to 50 maximum places and use them only to improve the parliament. But I think after such a daily poking at parliament on fifty accounts in one person, I will definitely go to a psychiatric hospital.🤣
 
Want to ask this here for Community Knowledge. The new Parliament sections give 1% add to named modifiers (council, museum, or manufactury). Is that 1% times the line item or a full 1% of the base stats. For instance a Manufactory line gives 3% HP. If we completed Magnificent Manufactory to level 10 would that line now convey a 4% HP gain or a 3.03% HP gain?
