Greetings Leaders,

Our latest update introduces a range of new features for you to explore. We introduce some significant changes to Bombers that won’t be unfamiliar if you played during our Season updates. You’ll have new upgrade levels for those in Robotics Age, and some quality of life updates that include Troop Tactic sorting. You’ll get a sneak peek at future content like the next Councilor, Legendary Artifacts, and even Commander Customizations. Read on to find out more!



Combat Rebalance Initiative Pt. 3

As we previewed in our 13.1 Update notes, we’ll be implementing our next Troop adjustment in 13.2, which focuses on Bombers and Caltrops/Barbed Wire.


Bombers
Bombers have seen an exponential increase in power with the introduction of Museum Showcases. In this update, we’ve tuned down the spread of damage that Bombers bring by shortening the bombing run they make.

- Reduced Bombing Distance
- Increased Attack Speed
- Reduced Flight Speed
- Reduced Damage Bonus Modifier

Increasing Attack Speed means that a Bomber will drop their bombs across a shorter spread, which is coupled with the Reduced Bombing Distance. Bombers become a much more vulnerable target with reduced Flight Speed. Despite the reduced speed, they’ll remain on the field for about the same length of time as before this update, due to the reduced bombing distance.

We’re also making an update to the Bomber information window. DPS will now become Damage per Bomb. This is designed to provide a more direct indication of your Bomber’s offensive output for each run. The maximum output of a bomber, based on available attack speed, while helpful information, didn’t give a proper representation of a single attack. There is no adjustment to the calculation of damage with this change.

Caltrops
Caltrops & Barbed Wire will see a reduced effective range in this update. Caltrops now trigger at a range of 1.1 (down from 2).


We’re still hard at work on our next Combat Rebalance Initiative release. While we noted that we’d be tackling Coalitions next, our plans became much larger than initially anticipated. We’ll still be introducing a Coalition Update at a later time.

Robotics Age Upgrades
Leaders who have upgraded into the Robotics Age will have a few more buildings to progress in update 13.2. This update will add new levels to Oil Wells, Oil Refinery, Walls, and Gates.

We’re removing the Citizen requirement to open shipments! Open your shipments to collect resources at will and keep those citizens focused on your upgrades.



Stronghold & Donation Menu Improvements
A small quality of life update is being introduced to the Troop Tactic menu. With the release of 13.2, when you scroll through your Troop Tactics and make a selection to add to your army or donate to an alliance member, the menu will no longer reset to the beginning and will remain at the last Troop Tactic you chose.

We’ve also added new filter options to help you find specific Troop Tactics. Need a unit with long range, a unit with Stealth, maybe a General, or only need Plane Troop Tactics? All of these filters and more will be available to you!



Tournament of Glory - Division Demotion Adjustments

We’ve corrected how Demotions impact Alliances that don’t rise above their starting position in each Gauntlet. Alliances will need to achieve at least 1-Star at any point in the Gauntlet above their starting position to avoid an additional penalty. Previously, Alliances could avoid this demotion by increasing their Star rank, even if they were still below their starting position. New Councilor - Galileo Galilei

Galileo studied medicine initially, but was fascinated by geometry and mathematics after hearing a family friend, Ostilio Ricci, give a lecture on the subjects. Though he couldn’t afford to graduate, Galileo privately tutored students, and was eventually asked to give a lecture for the Florentine Academy, a prestigious literary group. His interest in the mathematics of motion soon expanded beyond the earth, as Galileo heard rumors of a device that would let one see into the stars. He took interest, and recreated the device through trial and error, then improving the design of the multi-lens telescope. This led to many more discoveries, such as the moon’s surface being rough with craters, moons revolving around Jupiter, and the existence of many more stars than what is visible with the naked eye.

With Galileo’s improvement of the multi-lens telescope, it only makes sense to add benefit to Troops like Bombers and Ranged Siege that attack from afar.

New Legendary & Mythical Artifacts

The next couple of months will introduce two new Legendary Artifacts!

Alfred Jewel
The Alfred Jewel is a War Hall Artifact that will add benefits to your APC and the Heavy Infantry that it deploys, similar to the Main Hall Legendary Artifact Li Vessel.

Heavy Infantry DMG +7%
Heavy Infantry Attack Speed +7%
APC HP +6%
APC Deploy Time -6%
Quick Victory Time +3%

You’ll be able to collect the Alfred Jewel later in January of 2026. We’ll also be adding a Mythical version that includes a Heavy Infantry HP bonus at a future date.

Swimming Reindeer
A very special Holiday Legendary Artifact, the Swimming Reindeer, will be made available later this month. This Main Hall Legendary Artifact will reduce invading Mortar and Fighter damage, speed up your defender spawn times, and offer increased damage and HP to your defenders.

Invading Mortar Troop DMG -14%
Invading Fighter DMG -14%
Defender Spawn Time -11%

We’ll have more details on when and how you can collect the Swimming Reindeer Legendary Artifact very soon! A Mythical version of this Artifact will be released later in 2026.

New Commander Customizations!

Merriment & Recon Rudolf
Deck your Eradicator with holiday cheer! With the Recon Rudolf skin, the last thing your enemies will see is the opening of a flamethrower bursting from a gift-wrapped Eradicator.

Deliver cheer to your defenders or ‘Merriment’ to your enemies with the Ripley holiday skin.

Both Holiday skins will be available for a limited time starting 12/15!


New Shaders
Our next batch of Shaders will arrive in 13.2! Mix and match brand new color options for both Ripley and the Eradicator.

Additional Updates
  • Fixed an issue where upgrading multiple walls could cause a Network disconnect.
  • Fixed an issue where consecutive screenshots on mobile could cause a network disconnect. (False Network 420 Error)
  • Fixed an issue where the post-battle report would show negative destruction totals.
EDIT 12/2 4:18PM - Tournament of Glory updates has failed our QA process again and is no longer on track to release in 13.2.

Just thinking... what if I don't update for a while? :unsure:

I know that I don't get the new features (I can live without them! :sneaky:), and I can't donate troops for those, who have updated. But I would still have proper bombers for some time. Will I eventually end up totally without opponents?

You'll eventually be unable to login once they flip the required=true switch, which will no doubt be soonish for a change like this.
 
Well as Defender I think folks need to chill before asking for anymore nerfs till see how this nerf is going to work out. Yes mortars are king right now but give it bit more time before raging in forum for more nerfs. Let this new update settle in abit.

Now with this being said I think a mongols nerf will come. A boost in defense coal or drone could help instead of nerf for mortars. Just give the offense players time to adjust after this update fully before screaming for nerf. Till we see how this fully shakes out. Fair is Fair
 
You could try finding someone to record a video of using bombers to clear a top defender (750+ ss, full legendary council set) with open layout in 2:30 or clear an O base in 1:10. If you can find one, it means bombers may still competitive.

However, the fact is that you won't find any videos that meet the conditions. Now mortars can kill ALL defenders in 1:10-1:30 and ALL max O bases in 40s - 1:10. Even AH can clear ALL O bases in 50s - 1:10. Only idiots would keep using bombers in a game version where time wars are everywhere.
Interesting been playing for years max bases defenceman and offence. Only once in weeks I get 5 starred. Never ever been 5 starred by bombers. The whole hype is completely false. Same is with mortars. No way you can five star me in 1:30 or at all

That's true and as you can see the update gives us nothing exciting at all. Updates are worthless. Time plus materials is making it a mess. So no need to rush. Plus all the bugs it has.
 
Some real bs. Overpowered? Are you a clown? Try to 5 star my base. This defenders who are complaining have no clue how to defend. I am both a defencive and offencive player. I know both sides. The D players here are just stupid idiots. Same as bhg. I cannot comperhand how they can narf something after players spent money and time building it. Unreal
You amused me. We couldn't care less about the opinions of you lot who play at the amateur level, deluding yourselves with self-importance. Stop bothering me.

I’m playing both sides as well and can always clear my 795ss D account in 1:50 with mortars. I can 5 star ALL defenders in this game easily as well. And I'm merely an entry-level mortar attacker.

seeing the bombers in action... not bad.

i'd still think their old was better and they get a reduction in damage to wonders too.

also i'd like the troop tactic planes and bombers to reflect the changes and have the same multipliers like our airstrip troops.
 
Ce nerf bombardier montre vraiment à quel point les développeurs comprennent peu comment les bombardiers sont réellement utilisés dans la grande majorité des attaques et quel effet ils ont. D'après mon expérience personnelle, environ 95% des joueurs utilisent des bombardiers d'une manière qui n'était même pas problématique. Les changements invalident complètement l'investissement des 5% restants qui ont construit leur stratégie autour d'eux. Et tout cela juste parce que quelques défenseurs pleurent dans ce forum depuis des mois.
Totalement d'accord ils ont tués le jeu des bombardiers... c'est abusif....
 
Une moyenne de 6,5 millions dix fois....65 millions chaque morceau de mur plus 1000 polycarbonates (valeur moyenne de 4,1 heures d'utilisation de fabrication....pour chaque morceau !) Pas assez pour toi ? Super ! Tu dois être une grosse vache à lait !
Au lieu de gagner des joueurs, ils vont en perdre pas mal...

Encore une fois, je met mon grain de sel mais pour les bombardiers en terme de réequillibrage, vous avez tué notre gameplay... encore une fois ...merci d'avoir crée la meta para pour tous le monde, le musée bombardier ? Ne sert plus à rien, le déploiement bombardier ? Il ne sert plus à rien non plus au vu de la fragilité ils se font détuire à une vitesse folle par tout ce qui bouge, merci d'avoir tué 3 ans de montage de bombardiers pour rien...

Instead of nerfing combos to reduce op troops, wouldn't it be nice if they boosted underpowered ones?
Wouldn't that be a welcome change ...
 
Y’all do realize if you stop spending money to compete with the new updates then they’re more prone to listen to what we have to say about the updates? Complaining about it does nothing but dropping their revenue says a lot! I don’t spend much either way and I can still fall back on other metas but they’re only doing it for profits

With upcoming brand new legendary and mythical artifacts, LEGO will smash your base faster than ever with rapid firing mortals, artillery, heavy infantries and even paratroopers. Some might 5 star your base only with paratroopers without ground troops just for fun. I really don't want that happen though.

Некоторые могут ради забавы получить 5 звёзд за вашу базу, используя только десантников без наземных войск. Хотя я этого совсем не хочу.
Так это недовольство всех касается, а не только игроков обороны. Разве атакующим интересно слишком просто уничтожать базу противника? Не было бы выставки а просто добавили бы мифические артефакты и уже не было бы столь сильного преимущества атакующих на миномётах

Полная чушь. Слишком сильные? Ты что, клоун? Попробуй прокачать мою базу до 5 звезд. Эти защитники, которые жалуются, понятия не имеют, как защищаться. Я и обороняюсь, и нападаю. Я знаю обе стороны. Игроки-защитники здесь просто тупые идиоты. То же самое, что и в BHG. Я не могу понять, как они могут заминировать что-то после того, как игроки потратили деньги и время на строительство. Нереально.
Казарменные войска даже не получили улучшения века робототехники а всё равно очень легко уничтожают лучших защитников, хотя им добавилось много защитных улучшений. Я не знаю кто тебя убить на 5 звёзд не может, но даже в средних и слабых альянсах бывают хорошие атакующие игроки, которые уничтожают сильную оборону

It’s already happening….my 494 base was wiped out by a guy with 3 transporters, no ground troops (if I remember the guy was 470, top transporters and I imagine, paratroopers with level 20 munitions….unstoppable )…I’m not a def player but I normally defend well…in WW I have been wiped out by levels 380ish not even in robotics age…so, I don’t know what’s going on and it kills my motivation to continue to put so much effort in this upgrade if, somehow, I can be wiped out so easily. I can accept to lose, but not even being able to put a fight it means something is wrong with the game…

Exactly right, I’m a defender but with maxed transports/paras. In the scramble to collect munition materials (50% + manufacture), my 2 transports and paras get damn close all by themselves…
 
Warning attackers: From this moment on, it’s 100% your own fault if you keep investing in Transports and Paras – the grace period is officially over.

One defender already went crying on the forum, and BHG has started “researching” what Paratroopers actually are. Behind the scenes they’re already cooking up a nerf and dressing it up as a “balance adjustment” for Transports/Paratroopers.

Remember this version number: that nerf is being lined up for update 14.2 – anyone still dumping resources into this combo now has no right to complain later, only to blame themselves.
