Greetings Leaders,

We’re rolling out a Hotfix very soon to address a few issues.

  • Norden Bombsight Network Disconnect
    • Using the Norden Bombsight in your Museum Showcase would result in a network disconnect. This issue is resolved in 12.20.3
  • We’ve noted that at the release of 12.20, some players have lost Artifacts to a varying degree from increased storage and showcase usage.
    • This issue should now be resolved, and Players needn’t worry about losing artifacts when increasing their storage.
    • We’re still working to restore lost Artifacts to players before the fix, please reach out to CS if you notice anything missing from your inventory. They’re working diligently to restore each player’s specific use case; completing this work may take some time.
  • We’d also like to confirm a partial fix to the Museum Loadout system. Through some of the work done within 12.20 and the release of Showcases, we have resolved the issue where players leaving an Alliance may still see a fully equipped museum, and thus be unable to edit that loadout.
    • This fix doesn’t include other issues noted by players regarding Museum Loadouts.
    • This fix was released in Update 12.20 and not part of 12.20.3. We wanted to confirm that the work done had indeed covered the issue prior to sharing publicly.
We're targeting the hotfix to begin rolling out tomorrow pending submission approval!

Even though I am still against the crafting change. I am liking the showcase and looking forward to the Mythical Artifacts.

I am agreement Abhorsen and very impressed with the very quick fixes, cs team recovery of artifacts and the actual showcase its self is very cool.

Now fix on leaving an alliance muse loadout might have Seek traveling alliances again. Great fix

Overall great job !

That's great for those of us who know each and every artifact in our museum.
For the more casual player... not so much.

"This fix doesn’t include other issues noted by players regarding Museum Loadouts."

Empty war museum glitch? After this hot fix released, do we still need to "Reset Museum Loadout" when leave and join new alliance?
@Harlems369th

Please also consider letting us spy our own alliancemates' war museums and Showcases in War map, lot of benefit and very much need.
Only thru the "Spy" in war map can see the actual war museums and showcases.

This is mainly for those outliers wrt missing artifacts. We had an initial list of players that we knew were affected, this list was gathered from earliest reporting. Those impacted by the inventory fill will be taken care of if they haven't already. Anything outside of our list may not necessarily be a part of that bug, so it's a bit of due diligence to keep a look out.

Basically, the issue has been resolved, but if there are outliers who are still missing artifacts (aside from those that CS is still working on) we'd like to know so we can help investigate it as a separate issue.

This is the intended behavior, once you leave an alliance your active loadout is still going to be emptied, you will need to re-equip your loadout. Alternatively, make it a duplicate on another loadout so when you change alliances you can just activate that duplicate one. Additional confirmation can be found here.

A spying v2 would be a great addition, but we have no plans at this time to make that update.

Sorry for those uninformed players not aware of the need to reset museums when they leave alliance, war museum loadout not emptied.
Now we have to send an alt. account to opponent's alliance to spy our museums and showcase.
By the way, when we leave alliance and join a new one... do we need to un-assign all Showcase artifacts, restart game and then auto-assign all artifacts? @Harlems369th

Now that 12.20 is live and it’s easier to see how things are playing out… I’ve run across a flaw in your 12.19 update to fighter planes.

If fighters are designed to take out defenders, you have severely hamstrung them against generals now and that seems to be counter productive from their “original purpose”.

Could you bring this issue upto the design team and suggest in addition to the “40x damage vs cavalry and heavy tanks” they add generals to that as well?

The intended behavior has been that after leaving an Alliance your war hall is emptied. This is to allow the ability to dismantle your Artifact while 'inbetween' Alliances because the way War Hall is setup is that you'd lose access to those Artifacts until you rejoin an Alliance. So as a work around internally we remove those artifacts from being displayed.

With Loadouts came the bug where it would appear that your War hall was not emptied, update 12.20.3 fixes that.

Showcase does get emptied as well when leaving an alliance. This has been a point of discussion as we're looking to streamline the experience for those that Alliance hop often.

We really need to be able spy our alliancemates' museums in war map, otherwise we still need to send an alt. account to Opponent alliance during war time.

@Harlems369th just wanted to give a shout out to the team for fixing the showcase bug with APC death producing marines and instant crashing. I tested it in a FC and didn’t crash this time and saw the marines deploy.
