Map Expansions are something that is being considered, especially with the upcoming release of Robotics Age, however we have nothing to announce or confirm just yet. As for map themes, this is something we have discussed a few times but does come with it's share of problems and technical limitations unfortunately as map themes would hold a large install footprint (this is a similar issue for adding new art/models for units). For themes, requiring every player to download them regardless of whether they use them would prove problematic. We are not ruling it out but currently have no plans for them.
I think there's been some frustration by attacking players who rely on silo baiting with gens and mercs. Often times, these are placed in such a way where they're not fully on the map, unintentionally. Or the silo bait will get held up destroying a building, and half of the bait remains off map. This results in silo targeting main troops like mortar hordes.

Has there been any discussion of how this can be fixed?

I would like to have alliance requests like coc. As the requester u select what troops u want and how many. When the request is in the chat only those troops can be donated and nothing else. If u try to donate incorrect troops nothing happens thanks

i like the Halloween theme, bc than I can see the trees for crowns (better) which are on the left side. If there is no theme, these trees are very hard to spot.

Yes there absolutely has been discussion on this issue and we are planning a variety of balance tweaks to address issues such as this that we will announce as and when we have more information to share.

Farm Goods to get coalition is quite hard , any plan to change that?

New embassy/coalitions level?

Also:

I think it's time to increase the troop space, air troop space and the war tactics space!

We have the same troop capacity since space age, the same war tactic capacity since digital age and the same air troop capacity since ATOMiC age!

Bases getting bigger and bigger but the troops/planes/war tactics we can bring into battle remaining the same for years!

we need more balance between defense and offense,
Defense fill way over power now which made to many players switch to defense. Any plan for that ?
We are actively working on ways to create a better balance between offense and defense while also deepening the strategy of DomiNations. Detachments should give attackers many more tactical options, which will give a big boost to skilled attackers. Additionally, we are also looking into gameplay rebalances to increase the strategic depth for defensive players, while simultaneously creating more openings for Attackers to shine in advance of Detachments. We will share more information about these initiatives as soon as we can.
