Delay in Requesting Troops

Good morning.

I'd like to check how long we'll be unable to receive and donate troops to the alliance. Also, I launched an attack yesterday, but even after watching the video, the troops didn't return. I'd like to request a refund for this, as I spent resources, even after watching the commercial. I also haven't received anything from the attacks I launched.

Troop Donations have been reactivated as of the release of 12.21; however, we're currently tracking a known bug that we're working to address as soon as possible. Please reach out to our CS Team here for assistance.
