Council quick claim in mail

Add a way to quick claim multiple council packs that are in mailbox, or instead of claiming them in mailbox add it to the council pack list, because during events sometimes I'll collect multiple council leaders cards and I have to claim one by one in mail

Hoping the team finds time to implement this like we did with the 'claim all' button on event passes. There's a handful of us that don't even bother opening recruitments anymore because of how many you can get in regular play and how long it takes to open them all.

So you do understand our issue. Changing the coding to open these immediately when we get them - thereby doing away with unnecessary animation - would be so much better.
