Clarification on bans

@Harlems369th one of our alliance members recieved a 6 day ban but having known him for many years, can with 1000% certainty be sure he has done nothing wrong. He has contacted customer service and asked a very simple question, why? They have given no reason and he has posted all comms privately so he is not lying, they just claim they are right . The only thing he can think he has done is use legitimate speed ups, to speed up university research. So my question because atm we are all now wondering will it happen to us, is there a limit to the amount of speed ups you can use and why is there no reason for giving a ban given so both our alliance member and other members can be sure we are not spending money on a game that can be pulled without any recourse and at risk of l9sing accounts for no reason.

I've had a similar situation for a long time. We found a worthy opponent in the war and I decided to use a huge amount of acceleration for the University of defensive technologies and for pumping annoying garrisons when they still required 6 inhabitants. After that, my account was unavailable for a week. After I logged on to it, they rolled back all the university research that I spent accelerations on and returned these accelerations back to the archive, as well as rolled back all the buildings that I spent a lot of accelerations on. All the acceleration was simply returned back and everything I farmed for two days without a break turned out to be wasted. When I contacted support to find out what this nonsense was, I didn't get any response. They responded with standard bot scripts. After this mess, I took and deleted my account on which I had been playing intermittently for about five years, at that time it was the age of automation level 420, like a year or two ago. Yes, I used some minor bugs on this account a hundred years ago. The developers probably have some kind of connection with the fact that when you gain a lot of experience at one point, they can thoroughly check your account. They didn't ban me then, they didn't roll me back, they just took and reset everything that I farmed so hard for a few days, using a lot of acceleration accumulated over a long time. This made me very angry and I deleted the almost completely upgraded account at that time.Yes, maybe I overreacted then and I shouldn't have deleted my account right away, but just take a break from the game for a couple of months. But you can't bring back what was there.

Well I have personally done mass speed ups many times without issues using artifacts crowns and speed up in uni.

Never have I experienced anything like what your stating on any serious game issue with CS. They have always and I repeat always done a good job fixing my issues when I lost boat loads of my artifacts they made sure I got back every single one. So my experience with serious game issues have always been positive they even got artifacts I forgot to list back for me.

As I suggested in first place I have never seen them discuss BANs in open forums. So I can suggest ya contact CS. I have seen many folks BANNED never seen it done unjustly and without them having % proof before they act.

Now I am not a fanboy I am just stating truth from my experiences dealing with BHG

Что ж, я лично много раз без проблем использовал массовое ускорение, применяя артефакты, короны и ускорение в университете.

Я никогда не сталкивался ни с чем подобным тому, о чем вы говорите, в работе с CS. Они всегда, и я повторяю, всегда отлично справлялись с решением моих проблем, когда я терял кучу своих артефактов, они позаботились о том, чтобы я получил каждый из них обратно. Так что мой опыт работы с Serious Issues всегда был положительным, они даже вернули мне артефакты, которые я забыл указать в списке.

Как я уже говорил в самом начале, я никогда не видел, чтобы на открытых форумах обсуждали баны. Поэтому могу посоветовать вам связаться со службой поддержки. Я видел, как многих банили, и никогда не видел, чтобы это делалось несправедливо и без веских доказательств.

That's what my friend, myself and the leader of the alliance have done. The person it concerns got the response in my post, the leader and myself, no response. Cs will give no reason just they stand by their decision. How can you punish someone but not tell them the charge they think he is guilty of? It's wrong

I've saved Speed-Ups for Ages. I have well over thousands and thousands of hours saved.
For instance, I've accumulated 1,162 1 hour speed-ups (the generic kind) plus 774 research and 999 building one hour speed-ups.
I have 394 generic 6 hour speed=ups + 69 1-Day (generic) + 18 2 day, etc. etc. etc.
Also, 362 6 hour research speed-ups...

Plus I have over 50,000 Crowns.
And 640 Wall Manuals.

I watch all the movies every day. I send out three ships from the dock every day (except for the few that take more than one day to return).
And I've done this for years.

If I actively start playing again I will age-up from Info to Drone and when I do so I'd like to know that I can use most/many/all of my speed-ups and Crowns without being banned.

Is there some way I can have Customer Service look at my speed-ups and crowns to verify they've been legitimately gained before I use them?
I don't really trust BHG's accounting measures (whatever those may be) to not ban me if I use the speed-ups I've been saving (some might say hoarding...) for years.

I want to be able to use the "treasure" I've accrued... but I just don't trust BHG to fairly monitor my usage.
I've spent thousands of dollars on this game (which I deeply regret) and just don't trust that I'll be treated right.
And that's really a damned shame...

Can CS look at my counts before I age up and give me the green light to use them??

j’ai toujours pas compris comment fonctionnait le CS , ma teams rencontre 3 fois la même équipe de tricheurs, chaque fois signalé avec photo a l’appui mais toujours pas sanctionné, pourtant les photos sont explicites en un coup d’oeil nous pouvons constater qu’il utilise entre 202 et 240 unités produites dans les casernes , si ils ont un doute ils peuvent visionner les replay, mais non rien n’est fait contre cette teams. Par contre le joueur qui va vider son stock d’accélération ou utiliser beaucoup de couronnes lui risque de se faire bloquer très rapidement, c’est une totale incompréhension pour moi .
j’en déduis que cette triche est fortement répandu et donc il ne tiennent pas compte de mes remarques et c’est plus facile de bloquer des honnête gens.

I still don't understand how the CS works. My team has encountered the same cheating team three times, and each time it's been reported with photos, but they haven't been punished. The photos are clear; at a glance, we can see they're using between 202 and 240 units produced in the barracks. If they have any doubts, they can review the replays, but no, nothing is done about this team. Meanwhile, a player who uses up their speed boost or a lot of crowns risks being blocked very quickly. It's completely baffling to me.
I deduce that this cheating is widespread and therefore they do not take my remarks into account and it is easier to block honest people.

A BIG, HUGE part of the problem is that the "Replays" are so inaccurate that they mean virtually nothing.
No action can (or will) be taken because, quite frankly, (it seems as if) DomiNations has little to no idea what is happening in their game play.

BUT, we're supposed to keep on shelling out money for this game in which (again, it appears) there is no accountability for the cheating players or the problematic game play.
Look at the last "update" and all the issues it caused... the scoring in World Wars was especially egregious and there have been issues that have lasted years... but, again, we're supposed to "trust" BHG and this game.
It is difficult for me to do so.

Which is why I would like my Speed-Ups, Crowns and Wall Manual counts verified before I use them.
I spent a lot (to me) of real world money on them and I would like to know that I won't be penalized or banned for using them.

When I aged up... obviously...

I've been sitting at Info Age for quite a while (over a year and a half?).
I absolutely hate that "always catching up" feeling when on "levels."
So, I researched everything (and I do mean everything... well, I didn't level up my farms, roads, etc. for War Weight concerns) in Info Age before going to Drone Age. And the large Speed-Up inventory was to help get me past the "catching up" phase...
Assuming I can actually use them without getting banned.

I used more speedups as you posted juggernaut and it was not a problem (i used them not at once but for example a lot in the morning then lunch break another speedups break and in the evening... Same for next day and the day After... Was not a Problem... And if you wann make sure everything is Ok just write ingame to the cs...

But Do not Do the same mistake like me - if you fill up with speedups always remove 1 hour because if your building or whatever just needs 35 minutes it will fill automaticaly with 1 hour... So you loose a lot... I now always delete 1 hour and do the last step with crowns..

It would be nice if we could have a response from someone at bhg. I understand discussing individual bans may not be appropriate but surely, just an answer, is there's a volumn of speeds ups that will invoke a ban? If this is the case, then rather than banning someone, why implement a speed up limit so users so can not use more than this secret number and bans are no longer needed?

We don't ban players for using earned/saved SpeedUps. You're welcome to use as many speedups as you like!


Anyone looking to appeal a ban must do so through our CS Team. We've noted and been clear about our reasons for banning a player and the varying degrees in which we do so across many different threads.

Players found outright using a hack or other external cheat receive Permanent bans regardless of whether it was their first offense or not.

Players found to be utilizing an exploit (something that is doable in-game and needs to be patched out by us (the old stag exploit, for example)) Can expect.

1st offense: 7-day temporary ban.
2nd offense: Permanent ban.

VIP Level or total spent doesn’t protect you from our banning process.

Harlem..don’t really agree..long way back (6-7) it was known to be banned when you used like 15k crowns in a short time..this was flagged as cheating..I have speedups for 300 days, 40k crowns. Please confirm that no ban will be applied if i use this stuff in one day for example…
