clan messages

Clan messages are not visible to me, neither messages nor its notifications. i've tested this on two different internet service providers, also used a virtual private network to make sure it has got nothing to do with my country blocking some incoming connections or something. i've only managed to see messages twice already, and only for a short period. like 5 mins per week. googled this issue and seems like noone els is complaining about this. also changed my DomiNations ID to another device ( From IOS to Andriod ). Still have the same issue, what could be the problem ?

EDIT : Troops reqeust messages are also invisible to me.
