Claiming rewards at Domination world

Hey all,

This is a peculiar issue, as it is intermittent, affecting people differently and at varying times. This is a backend issue that we don't have direct control over, and we're working with our storefront provider to find a solution. I have no news on when this will be addressed due to the nature of the issue.
We will be reimbursed all of the tokens we miss out on for however long this goes on for? Or will the period be extended again beyond February?

It usually fixes itself after about 10 minutes or so, just check back in throughout the day. I don't have any further details at this time.

I've tried numerous times on multiple devices throughout the day with no luck... I will keep trying but I don't expect it to go through. I've logged out and back in, cleared cache, tried multiple devices and connections. I got lucky last night before reset and nothing has worked since.

Can you reassure people who are being affected, that will we be issued tokens retrospectively. I’ll be keeping a tally on both accounts

It wasn’t working for me all day on all accounts and on PC & Mobile — BUT I just so happen to click on accepting all cookies on mobile and I was able to claim on all accounts, I don’t know about PC, as I never saw cookies option there. It’s the cookie button on the bottom left of that screenshot.

I think I've found the solution... on the DomiNations World website, in the lower left corner, there is a button to set the cookies; press it, and in the dialog box, just set everything as I show here:

This worked for me in Microsoft Edge browser, in PC

Tried that on Windows PC and it doesn't work.

Hey folks. We sent out a one time compensation of 8 tokens to all players for this issue. If you experienced it for more than just one day, reach out to CS. My team has been instructed to check logs and reimburse for any days you were unable to claim up until the time the issue was resolved and within reason. Thanks~
