Can't sell artifact

I have 3 legendary war artifacts that i can't sell. I don't have them active in any of my load outs. It let's me hit the sell button, but the artifact is still there when the screen changes. Also, I have swapped my 3 legendary war artifacts for better ones. When i log in the next time, the old ones are active instead of the ones I swapped them for. Any help would be appreciated!
