Can’t send photos to support iOS

Select the photo and it just fills screen with no way to confirm. iOS on iPhone 8. I even tried to submit a photo on this forum of a cheater and it exceeds file limit.

When you first take the screen shot cut the edges down some not too much and it will add to forums.
