Once an account is fully deleted, it’s technically gone for good because it has a confirmation after the initial delete button. I would send a message to customer support to try and get it bad but I doubt they would be able to assist you with it because of that

The same thing happened to me. I contacted support with a new account and provided my account details (photos, ID, phone model, purchase receipts, base name, which legion I was in, etc.). In less than 8 hours, my deleted account was restored. In short, contact support; they can help you. I've already found them to be very helpful and I'm still grateful to them.
