Attack Choppers that won’t attack

Why in every war attack do I find at least one Attack Chopper refusing to engage in combat? I am absolutely convinced @Harlems369th that this ‘bug’ is localised to my account (GeeGee) and caused by me dismantling my Museum at the end of wars and then rebuilding it before the next war begins. I say this because when I attack even straightforward bases my Attack Choppers pretty much die instantly despite having pretty decent buffs and nerfs to AEDTD/AEDTH. Does anyone else experience this issue? My other accounts don’t seem to be affected in the same way.

It likely has something to do with how close they get to towers. You know, because the range is screwed up and BHG can't be bothered doing anything about it.
