Do the infantry coming out of the APC also get the Bradenburg boost?

Since the gate boosts factory troops and infantry are not factory troops I would doubt they’re affected.

No, they don't. You can see the stats for the infantry the APC drops if you look at the APCs stats, and they don't change for Brandenburg. The do change as you research Catherine's infantry boosts.

Are the infantry that come out of German APCs the improved German infantry as well?

Yes, they are nation uniques if your nation has unique infantry.
