Alliance Rankings?

Can someone point me to a list of the rankings in an alliance and tell me what each ranking can do?

I've searched all around (not for very long though) and can't seem to find anything. Below are the ranks I know so far. (from experience):

Ally - None
Council - Can promote Ally members. Can kick non-council alliance members.
Leader - Promote, demote or kick any member. Update alliance details.

EDIT: Okay, I just tried to promote someone past Council as a test. Next rank is Leader....so, for now, only those 3 ranks.

When I click Promote to leader, the message says "There can only be one Leader per Alliance. Make Player the new Leader?

So, you automatically demoted and thus, they can kick you.
