you go further along you will definetly notice the times get very high and in some cases cause rushing without fleshing out some bases properly.

i'd want a time cap of 7 days (so the maxtime is 7 days before time deductions) for building upgrades and blacksmith upgrades... but uni and library stays the same to me cause of the artifacts reducing their times
