    its not an hour decrease but 50% (due for balancing of course) for buildings started within that hour.

    guys, errors happen, they are fixing it and reimbursting your loss. so stay tight, aditional whining will not make it faster. btw. my guess is they fucked up % calculation. so many devs have problems with it :)

    Pls. offer blessing that reduce the build time (like 1hr 50% reduce) they could use special ntg you only get from 5 star win in gold league+ giving a real incentive to go into the higher leagues. they could even be specialized, like only decrease defensive/offensive/walls/economic buildings...
