SAMs have to be repaired after each use to be used. Try clicking on them and see if they need repaired.

So I haven't been playing 9 years... just about half of that. The longer I play the more I realize how important the university is. With that in mind, what are your thoughts on finishing Sejong early as possible to get his awesome benefit that last the rest of the game?
