Sometimes with these offers you have to make sure your account is linked to the game in order to receive the compensation. I’ve had a few I had to go into settings to link my account. Some are time sensitive. And if they’ve been downloaded to that device before then it won’t work

Create a new google or apple account and use that to play the game. The ban would be attached to your account used so resetting your device won’t do anything

It’s what sileepuppee said. It has to do with the device you use and the iOS/android version it is. I played on an iPhone 4 and Samsung galaxy tab lite 2 and couldn’t watch videos on those.
