Glad I'm not alone. I had to re read that NTG part a couple times. It doesn't say we will always get them, just that if we get them we will get more. I even reported what I thought was a bug to CS. I have a GPA account that went 1-5 attacks before getting any.

The problem with a surrender button would be most alliances would use it until they find a match they are sure to win.

So if they log in or use 1 attack there won't be a penalty.

I started reporting this player back in February for having multiple houses. I would report, CS would remove the houses, The player would add them back. We repeat that 3 more times before CS gave a temp ban or they just so happened to be offline for 5 days. So it takes 4 reports in 4 months...

They still couldn't attack even with all those planes.

This latest update is asking for permission to access photos but I don't have the option to accept or decline. The only permission in the app is phone. Reinstalling the game didn't change anything.
