My alliance was also wrongly moved down one division. Why not only admit that the initial information was incorrect and give back the glory to the alliances that was wrongfully taken from us! What is the problem?

My guess would be that instead of doing as communicated to ”lower all Alliances’ Glory to the bottom of the current Division they’re in.”, all alliance glories has been lowered to the the closest lower division floor+160. Which means that you would need an uncommunicated margin of 160 glory...

I did. But only got the confusing answer ”Rest assured that there no discrepancies in your Alliance's Glory.” No explanation of uncommunicated rules or that it should be a bug.
