You can use resources but if you have to use 16 diamonds each time you attack you ran out of resources very fast and after you use them retrain is not possible, it is only possible after you have your mercenary camp upgraded

Please make it so that when we are upgrading the mercenary camp we can still retrain them, the game is hard enough with the munitions on defense buildings and not having them makes it harder and I don’t see any reason why you would have changed that already.
