I created 4 tickets for this same issue today. One per account. It seems to be more based with the 4 daily rewards. I am getting the 5 crowns for the daily quest and the Marco videos. Also videos seem to be working better today than they did when the update first launched.

I think they offer it only on dominationsworld because of fees like the 25% apple takes from them on all apple purchases. On dominations world they keep 100% of the money. Maybe they can make it available on mobile for a higher price to compensate?

My guess is you are hitting the -85% cap. If you completed Mansa Mussa and Hiawatha that adds -25% research time in gold/food research. You are probably hitting that limit but it probably is showing reduction in oil research.

There is a glitch in the game where you can revenge someone over and over as long as you never go to any screen other than defense. The revenge button stays active. If you loose you can hit them again 5-7 min later after the server recognizes that your first attack finished.
